9 SIGNS YOU SHOULD NOT MARRY HIM

Today’s blog post was inspired by a post I saw on Instagram. In the post, a woman complained bitterly about the man she married (her husband) and how he was a terrible husband.

According to her, he doesn’t even have plans to provide for her and their unborn baby (yes, she is pregnant). She also stated how lazy, selfish and emotionally abusive he is. It was a sad post, in my opinion.

Of course! The comments section was filled with a lot of “divorce his broke ass sis”, “you can do better, leave him!” and “this can never be me, I’d have left him since!” from a lot of women. But they fail to realise that it is hard to part with someone you genuinely love and have planned to spend the rest of your life with and it’s even more challenging when there is an innocent child involved who knows nothing about your problems.

While thinking about the whole scenario, I remembered a quote/saying my father used to drum into me from my days as a boy to my early adult life which goes like this;

The best way to solve a problem is to avoid it

Now this quote doesn’t mean one should run away from one's problems. It means one should be proactive.

You should Anticipate problems that may occur if you take a particular path, and create a plan to avoid them…
