Thank you for your kind words Gary. Yes it's sad that narcissists use gaslighting as a go to weapon of manipulation and sadly there is nothing one can do to change a narcissist. But I believe arming oneself with the right knowledge is the best way not to be a victim of narcissists and how the employ gaslighting as a tactic. That's one of the reasons I wrote the article.
